service compromised
On the 18th of November 2015 i travelled with Greyhound from Cape Town to Umtata. On our way the bus stucked in PE at around past 6am. We were told that the bus is faulty and that they are waiting for the mechanic to come and fixed. As i was rushing to the occassion in Umtata i asked as to how long will that take, a less caring cabin crew told that they cannot confirm how long will it take, that left me with not knowing if i must wait or make another alternative. After 3hrz been waiting in PE we were loaded to Cityliner. You can imagine such a compromise in service and comfortability as Citiliner's standard is way less than Greyhound. I did not book to travel with Cityliner intentionally, why must Greyhound compromise our comfortability and travelling experience with Citiliner???
Listen to this, when we got to ths citiliner it was leaking, floor was slippery because of the leaking water, toilet was smelling. The leakage was unbearable on my head and on my shoulders, as a result i am having a flu. Other passengers including myself would fell on that slippery floor, our lives were in danger.

I demand a refund as prices arent the same, also bcz i'm now sick frm leakage
