Service complaint.

We were supposed to get on the bus at 16:30. The bus eventually came and we went to johannesburg station where we waited 4 hours for our real bus who needed to take us to cape town. The next day we left here for kimberly. They also stopped earlier in another town because of the broken water pipe but they drove on until it finally burst Thank goodness there was an uncle in the bus who fixed it but the one woman was on her way to hopetown to her people. She luckily called them and they took the uncle to town and got the things necessary to fix the bus and they also brought a lot of water to drink because of the 2 hours wasted because of the problem. We had to sit and wait in the hot bus for the 2 hours otherwise we had to wait for another bus to come by or wait for the mechanic to come which could take all day. The broken water pipe was not the only problem. The aircons' filters was also stopped by dust which caused us to get very hot in the bus because the aircons barely worked. There were also ****roaches running around in that bus. The bathroom was cooking up the whole time because of the overheated engine. It was way too hot to be healty for any human being to use that toilet. Greyhound should really consider doing maintenance on their busses. Pathetic service and a disgusting trip. A refund would be much appreciated.
