I bought tickets to see my family for Christmas last year October. 3 days before my trip I was told that the trips were canceled. They asked me for a bank confirmation letter to do the refund. I sent I twice and in 3 weeks haven't had one reply from them or my money back... Please people if you work hard for your money and value it don't EVER use this company. They quick to take your money, but when they make a mistake you **** to get any response or your money back.. Don't ever use greyhound again...
