Seat bookings

We booked seats online from PE to CPT for 05/02/2018. The bus was suposed to leave 06:45am, we only departed 8:35. When we got on the bus our seats were taken and my husband and I were told to sit seperate from eachother, after refusing they moved someone so we could sit together. It didnt only happen to us, but to a few other passengers. This is highly unprofessional, as you book ahead of time to prevent these kind of things
