seat belts Not working, badsmell toilet, No airCon

I travelled in Coach J2524 to Durban on 13 February, it left Johannesburg Parkstation at 11:00, to arrive in Durban at 18:00, <br> there is a sign for Top front row passengers to wear their seatbelts, but those belts in that Bus are Not working, there was No aircondiitioning, in that heat were fried, and very few windows can be opened in those busses, <br> There was also a Bad smell that came out off the toilet everytime a passenger went to use the toilet, <br> Now from the money we pay, Cant Greyhound buy nice smelling cleaning products and airfreshners to keep the toilet smelling good?, why are the seatbelts and airconds Not being serviced?<br> Is the passengers safety and health not a priority, Only money making is?
