Seat allocation of a minor

<p>Having booked a week in advance through computicket online website, I can't book a minor on their own. I booked tickets for me and my 5 year old daughter from durban to Johannesburg when there were still plenty of seats. Booking 5 days ahead. But still found us booked apart. It doesn't make sense to separate a mother and child. I got to counter on day, spoke to Zarina - at helpdesk n she was absolutely useless unhelpful unsympathetic didn't even attempt to try help. She sounded bored and highly uninterested in my crisis or ways to solve it. She just struggled her shoulders and said I don't know ask the driver maybe he will help. I stood there dumb founded as tho I was speaking to wall. How can you have such a person working for you especially through such a busy holiday. Someone with no people s****s or humanity or common cursity. She represented you poorly. With her heartless ways. </p>
