********, worst service, unroadworthy buses!!!

Booked Greyhound premium got to midrand station paid the fair which had changed to a higher price, then immediately after paying was told a citiliner bus would pick me up, I then insisted on getting my money back to book another bus and I was told the the bus will change at Park station cause it's late. We got there and I was told this is a citiliner service...bus was dirty, smelly, windows couldn't close, had weird noises suspension was just bad breaks worn out...bad worst experience. Do not for any reason book the bus
