I am so disappointed with the Customer service that we received from this bus service.

Greyhound made their bus tickets available on Computicket while they knew that they’re not operating. We ask for refund, they apologize and ask our banking details, since then they are ignoring our emails or send us blank emails. It’s almost a month and we are not the Only one as there is a lot of people about this bus customer service. All we want is our money!!
