If I could give 0 star that would be accurate because this bus company doesn't deserve any star. From their poor service and ******** people. Engen garage (big bird midrand has two sides. My tickets was written north/south which means the driver was supposed to pass both side and get the people, but no he decided he will not pass the other side we were at. When I call them they make you wait 30 or more minutes to get through to someone who is rude and will not refund you. The incompetence is appalling for such a highly esteemed company your services are ****ty and disgusting.
