**** of a bus company

Absolutely disgusting bus and the service horrible the bus arrived 2 hours late we were on hold for 30min before our call could be answered. The drivers attitude is demonic, the condition of bus is not for human use. We froze the entire journey as there was no heating and the driver didn't respond to our constant plead. Day light ******* of our money and time, these buses should be taken off the roads!!!!
