****!! Absolutely appauled

Honestly would not recommended!!! Firstly the bus was two hours late, there is no communication what so ever, we had to take a eldo coaches bus from pretoria to jhb which smelled like pee. The greyhound bus specified premium but the aircons weren't working for a 20 hour trip to cape town. In summer and covid time this is not acceptable as most of the people on the bus chose to keep windows closed. The stop in cape town for drop off specified oakdale but instead we were left on the side of the road on Duran street. For R1300 a ticket this was so disappointing we will never use greyhoud again.
