Sad experience for me this Christmas

I have booked a ticket and made contact with the provider however they dont want to meet me halfway as my bus leaves in the morning and I wont be able to make it in time.I have requested to evens pay half back but no help or wanting to go the extra mile.i am now without money and cant see my family over Christmas and they cannot help me.*** a manager to call me urgently
