Rufund Horror

Refund nightmare. 2 months later still no refund. Greyhound must come out with the truth. They should have remained closed. This is pathetic. Their call centre team leaders are the worst. If this is their way to **** us they must tell us so that we deal with them directly. WE WANT OUR REFUNDS!!!!
