Rude, theft driver

On April 27th at 20:00, I traveled from Kokstad to Johannesburg on Citiliner(Greyhound) with a suitcase and a sealed bucket containing groceries.

The drivers refused to allow the bucket on board, claiming the bus doesn't transport buckets or raw food.

Despite explaining the bucket's secure packaging, he was uncooperative and rude. He forced me to leave the bucket and most of its contents behind.

Prior to my trip, I checked the company's website for prohibited items but couldn't find any mention of restrictions on buckets or raw food. I felt frustrated by the inconsistent treatment and would appreciate clarification on Citiliner's policies regarding such items.

Where does it say "Raw Food and Buckets" are not allowed?
