Rude supervisor

Customer care for Greay hound dont derve even a star, spoke to their supervisor Leesa van Staden who claimed i had to wait 21 working days for my fefund to be processed and said i was misinformed with the 7 days processing period ashe eventually hanged the phone on my ear while i was still talking to her and asking her questions regarding the information i received from their customer care line.

she was rude and refusing to take accoutability.
