Rude Staff!!!

I had a terrible experience dealing with your staff at the customer care centre. They were incredibly rude, they refused to let me get a word in. This was after my sister had a problem with Greyhound bus that didn’t stop where they were waiting. Your staff, Thabitha Kgabi and Happiness Msomi were rude and unhelpful!
