Rude Drivers - Greyhound South Africa

These bus service has good comfortable buses, I give them that! However, after a ride in the past week from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg, I have resolved to never go back to using their service again as their drivers are rude and ***********. The driver took a pit stop in or near Vereeniging to drop off or pick up some passengers...after some time realizing the bus had been immobile for a couple of minutes and realizing that, my phone battery ( which needs a type-C charger to charge) was almost out, I rushed out of the bus as I saw a street vendor by the side of the bus selling cable's and that type of thing. Stepping out of the bus, I pleaded with the driver who had just serviced the last of the drop off passengers, to allow me a few seconds (less than a minute) to buy a charger cable from the street vendor we could both see. He profusely refused and told me he's leaving. I then quickly transacted with the street vendor and by the time I was done ( in less than 60 seconds) this shameless old man had climbed onto the bus, closed all the doors and started driving such that I had to run after the bus...I had clearly explained to him that I needed to charge my phone so I could connect with my friend who needs to know when I arrive in JHB so they could pick me up and that no one on board had the type of charger I needed..story of my life...so there was me running after the bus and when I eventually cought up with the bus, he threw a snide remark/ question whether I didn't want to go or not???
