Rude Drivers and Lost Items

I lost my toiletry bag with all my toiletries, towel, shoes and hair essentials. The drivers were rude and rushed me off the bus, that's how the items were forgotten. Customer service is the absolute pits, never got my things back. Hate this bus, it was such a horrible first experience!
