Rude Driver and Poor Service

The driver who drove the 7 PM bus from beach front Durban on 10/12/2024 was extremely rude. He deliberately left one person who was 1 minute away and he refused to stop the bus and allow the person to board. He assaulted my mom and pushed her out of way. Firstly, it's not safe for a woman in South Africa, but to be openly assaulted simply because you are trying to get your point across is disgusting. At this point I am appalled that Greyhound hires such imbeciles to drive human beings. We never felt safe the whole trip. Greyhound customer service is worse when it came to calling and reporting as well as trying to get a refund for the one person who did not board the bus simply because the driver wanted to prove a point. And the person was right in front of the bus but he refused to open the door.
