RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO EMPATHY..MANAGEMENT UNAVAILABLE

I recently travelled with Greyhound for the 1st time from Durban. The bus got stuck in Harrismith. I contacted the call center and spoke to Lwazi who was very rude and told me she will drop the phone without hearing the full complaint. We got stuck at 1h39pm and another bus arrived at 5h40pm. Only got home at 23h00. They did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience cause we spent more money to request at night. Such a bad service..DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM..THEY ARE
