****roaches on greyhound dreamliner

I took the greyhound dreamliner from Durban to JHB on 4th of July returning on the 6th of July. Initially the staff at Greyhound bus terminal got my seat allocation wrong for both trips. I asked for the left side i was allocated the right. Not a big issue, on the 4th the 8 o' clock bus arrived at 8:40 to pick us up. The drive felt abit rushed and not very comfortable. The heater was on the whole way which made it very hot and uncomfortable. One of the passengers had to open the emergency exit on the top for air to come in. There was no hostess for us to complain to and the driver could not be accessed. On the 6th again the heater was on making it abit uncomfortable. But the worse is yet to come. Whilst sitting on my seat i felt something crawl on me when i looked i saw +- 4 ****roaches crawling on the side panels and on the window. I am highly disgusted with greyhound and the depreciation of this bus service.
