Ridiculous service

What a disappointing experience with the service im getting from greyhound. I booked a premium bus with an expectation of a double- decker, which offers a more inclining chair. But to my surprise i got their normal bus, so i asked the drivers who were rude to me - saying i should contact their offices. I dd jst that only to be taken from pillar to post with no valid reason. Please assist me in this regard, i want my refund.
