RIDE FROM HELL

Good Day<br> I had a ride from hell yesterday from Durban to Johannesburg the 11h15 bus. The air con had a problems from the beginning hence our trip was delayed by an hour. A mechanic was called in to check. He couldn't sort the problem instead he put masking tape to sort the problem because he couldn't sort it out. that was a temporary measure. We told the driver instead of driving why don't we change the bus instead we got a lousy answer it's only 1 seat that has a problem. Little did we know that when we left Durban station our problems will get worse. The air con was leaking, some of the seats became wet. Us at the bottom had hot air blowing in. So were sweating and can you imagine how the kids were feeling. When we got to Pietermaritzburg things got worse. Some people were suppose to come in but couldn't because they didn't have seats because some of the seats were wet. Some of the people from Pinetown were removed by the driver to vacant seats which belong to the people that were suppose to be picked in Pietermaritzburg.so when we got there it was war. We went to the office to complain but nobody was taking responsibility all we got was it's not our fault. No one was willing t
