Reund from greyhound

I have bad experiences with Greyhound. I boarded a bus from Bloemfontein to East London on 28/03 . The bus gad mechanical problems at stuturheim.I had to use other means of transport to home.no communication whatsover. They are very unproffesional with suspecting unroad worthy,because they always have breakdowns.

I want my refund as I did not arrive at my destination that I paid for. Will never use the Greyhound again.
