Refusing to give me my refund money back

They dont want to refund me my money back after i bought a new ticket after being informed that they will be cancelling my ticket as the money to pay for the 1st ticket had beeen returned back to my credit card however i still havent received money for the 1st ticket back now when i caall the call center they are never callinf me back with solutions just worsting my time.
