Refused Refund

I bought a ticket for the 18th July 2022 for the 19th July 2022 from Nelspruit to Pretoria because I had an interview on the 20th. Sadly my interview could not happen on the scheduled date. I went back to Shoprite Sanlam Computicket (where I bought the ticket) to get a refund, I arrived a few minutes after 9. The cashier tried to punch in an the system told her that I'll be pernalised R100, I told her to carry on because I couldn't use it any more and I'll accept the R200. She then contacted Computicket which told her to also contact Citiliner Plus, from the time I arrived until after 10 o'clock they couldn't answer their phones or drop the phone in her ear, until someone decided to answer and asked her the ticket number and told her they will call me. At 10:10 I sent them an email also requesting a refund. They told the lady not to give me my money they'll talk to me and dropped the call. I left but Citiliner Plus haven't contacted me and I need my money, I can not donate R300 while I borrowed it to attend an interview. Whatever pernalties the charge me is fine because I'll have to top it up for the next date they give me, I can not afford to start from catch looking for money.
