REFURN request/ Greyhound huge accident

I have been trying to contact Greyhound since 28th of November regarding the accident that was caused by Greyhound on the 25th of November but I am not receiving any feedback from customer service, I have written a lot of emails, but they have not responded since the 8th of December. I spent my money going to hospital and buying medication because I was badly hurt during the accident. I just need my money back that I have spent that's all. I have submitted all the necessary documents. I have reached out to them on all social media platforms, but I am being ignored.
