Refunds payment lead time falsely promised

I was promised 21 working days lead time for payment after submitting my refund form on the 23rd of June. My tickets were cancelled on the 14th of June. Today is 16th of August I have yet to receive my refund to the amount of R1700. I have sent numerous emails and contacted the call centre, blatantly told me that they can't provide me with a payment date. Refund department are ignoring my emails till this day. I need assistance in getting my message out. Their system has crashed and they are now having to capture refunds manually, which has nothing to do with me. This is **********. I'm utterly disgusted with the customer service.
