Refunds not yet received

I had booked a bus from cape town to Joburg for the 3rd of January 2019. on the 28th I cancelled the trip on the 28 December 2018. I qualify for a full refund and I have sent the banking details to Mpho Maloba, She adviced me that the refund will take 14 days and today it passed the 14 days they claim to refund my R1980 amount. my email reference is 12/648/18 and my cancellation ref is C4f8CUJZ

I will never ride or book anything with Greyhound anymore.
