Refunds

Customer service is non-existent. I booked a ticket and canceled my trip a day before the 31st of December 2022. It's end of February 2023 now and I haven't received my refund. I sent emails and direct messages to them but no one is responding. I want my money back. Alot of people are complaining about the same thing on their business page.
