Refunding ****

Refund policy needs to be addressed: I've been awaiting my R1000 refund since the beginning of August its over 4 months, countless emails that seems to be ignored. After 7 emails requesting feedback ( two months after first request ) I received an email stating that they are experiencing backlog issues since then no further communication.I had to follow up two months later requesting feedback and that a manager needs to contact me regarding this, needles to say no one phone, not even a reply via email. I then waited a week to once again contact someone, also know that I had Kuvesnie Naidoo and Myron Chetty included in these mails threatening that if I dont at least get a response, I would write a negative review and also blast on social media my frustration. Evidently they do not care and is not bothered by my frustration in this matter.

I find it highly unprofessional and preposterous.
