Refund still not received 3 months later

We booked 2 bus tickets with them for 22/12/2023, and requested cancellation around 18/12/2023. It is now 08 March 2024, and we are yet to receive our refund. We have tried calling, and every time we are told that we should wait a week it’s being processed. It has been the same response since January 2024. We’ve also emailed them with no success. We are very disappointed in the company and customer service, and trust we will never use their services. Take it from you don’t want to deal with this company especially when a refund is involved.

Till date we still don’t know if we’re ever going to get our money.
