Refund required

<p>We booked tickets for our staff to return to Cape Town, only to be informed that the bus service is on strike. We have been trying to get hold of grey hound for the last 2 hours and nothing has happened yet. We require a refund on the tickets as they are now not using the bus anymore.</p>
