Refund request

I have been requesting my refund since 26 August 2025, and to date, I have still not received it. My emails are being ignored, and whenever I call, they hang up the phone. This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Customers should not have to beg or chase after what rightfully belongs to them.
