Refund process greyhound

I cancelled my trip to Johannesburg on the 2nd of May and submitted all the documents Greyhound requested for a refund. They said it would take 21 days. It’s been way past that and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve sent emails with no reply, and when I called I was told they aren’t available on calls. I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of communication.
