Refund paid 7 months later

If there was a zero and a negative one i would rate Greyhound as such! Greyhound citiliner is honestly not deserving of 1 star out of 5. I received my refund 7 months later since they cancelled my trip. What a horrible service. I wonder if i received my refund because i had escalated the matter to the consumer ombudsman. Greyhound needs to review their business model. Absolute horrible experience. Nothing like the bus i used back in the early 2000 travelling to varsity. Iwile iGreyhound.
