Refund Outstanding

16 days later, and after following up, I am still waiting for my refund!!!

I need a refund ASAP on my outstanding amount.

This trip was cancelled because of the bad experience we had on this bus and still to make matters worse, Greyhound is still holding on to my money????

This bus was dirty, the seats had stains and the whole bus had a VERY BAD smell that we had to endure for over 7 hours!

I need my refund ASAP.
