Refund on my account

On the 25 June 2018 ,I made a booking over the phone where I used my Capitec bank account booking a bus ticket from Johannesburg to Mthatha. I was then supposed to receive 15% discount for using my account,but never did and by the time the lady assisting me reliased that mistake sh than did two deductions on my account one with the 15% discount and one without. She then promised that I would be refunded with 48 hours and it has not happened since. I have been calling greyhound with no success from the call centre even emailed Mpho Mabote but no luck and no response. Kindly please assist as I need that money and am disappointed in their service.
