Refund on Greyhound bus tickets waiting 6months

hello there all. I am coming today to complain about my refund i am not received in 6 months from Greyhound. Me and my son went down from Pretoria to Mosselbay end of 2024. I bought a car while we were down there so ask Greyhound to reund me on my return tickets. They were very quick te send me the refund papers buy up to now i havent received my money. I personally think that is very poor service from them. Numeruos calls and emails but no reply on emails and if you call them they would say we will call you back or please sir dont stress your payment is in process but i am waiting now 6months. If there is anyone with an email adress higher up at greyhound please let me know or contact number. For some people R1400 is not much but for a single dad with a son in school it is a lot.
