Refund not showing after a month

I had to change the dates of travel but not having the original credit card of the booking was an issue. The credit card in question was ****** in a burglary at my home. I went to the Bellville branch where I was assisted. It is now a month later and no refund has been made. There is no feedback from the headoffice.
