Refund nightmare

i booked a 2 bus tickets with Greyhound and cancelled them way before the 48hour period for refunds.<br> i was advised that if i required my funds back i will have to send Mpho Mabote my card details and cancellation number and she will process the refund. <br> <br> i have been calling Mpho and the Greyhound helpline to ascertain when my money will be refunded.<br> Mpho doesnt respond to any emails, she doesnt answer her line and the call centre personnel seem to be covering up for her.<br> <br> What these girls are doing is despicable and unproffesional. How long should one wait until their money is refunded.<br> <br> ****** pathetic service!
