Refund nightmare

I made a booking at park station for the 29th of November 2015, and the booking was made for the 29th of December 2015. So the lady told me she will just refund the ticket and book a new one for the correct date. I was told to wait 5 working days and called the Monday (7th of December). I send Mpho Mabote the slips the lady gave me together with my bank statement. She did not get back to me and never answers when I call her office. I called Mpho's office again today (14th) at 12:40 four times and she did not answer. I called greyhound and was told everyone was on lunch till 2:30. I called again at 2:40 and asked to speak to Mpho and was told she is on lunch. Getting tired of calling and wasting airtime every time, I was rude and asked the lady if Mpho is at lunch the whole day because I've been calling her since half pass twelve. I asked the lady if I can speak to management and she told me to hold on. Suddenly Mpho answers and I told her my story again. She asked me is it the case with the credit card and I told her no, it is a savings account. She told me that this change everything she will get back to me. This is really disappointing!!! They are *****ing my money!!
