REFUND MY MONEY..!!

Please please greyhound REFUND my money.!!how can you take so long with peoples money thats not even the companies its my own..on 30 December I cancelled my booking from Cape town to Johannesburg for 10th January..I submitted all necessary documents that was required from myself..firstly I was told I'll get paid out within 14 days then 21 days..and here I am still waiting on my own money..and when U speak to staff they get frustrated with U poor client care the worst and unprofessional
