Refund issue

I submitted a refund on the 29th March 2023 and I was told that it will take 30 days for the refund. I didn't understand why should it take so long but I comp****. It is going to 90 days now and I have not received my money. When I email them, the lady bluntly Said she can't tell me exactly when will I get my money as my documents have gone for signing. I asked for a contact number of someone I can talk to and she never responded to me email. She only responded after 3 weeks to say Finance is processing my payment and they aren't sure when will this he completed. Yoh Greyhound was never like this. I just want them to pay my money and I'll walk away from them for good!!!!! I am so disappointed in this company.
