Refund from greyhound couches

Good morning I booked a ticket to travel on the 9th of April 2020 but due to all circumstances of covid and lockdown regulations I was unable to travel then I contacted the company to cancel my ticket and they gave me an option of making it a voucher that I can use at anytime or any day so before its expiry date I contacted the company informing that I won't be able to travel in the near future and requested for a refund till to date I haven't received my refund and since they promised to pay from 11th of July 2020 countless emails and calls were made but still I haven't received any response from them.
