Refund from Greyhound

I purchased a Greyhound ticket for my daughter to travel from Grahamstown to Mthatha on 9th August 2019. But the bus got delayed by 6 hours and she had to attend an important function in the afternoon at Mthatha. So called the customer service to cancel the ticket and requested for a refund. They gave me an email address for a person called Mpho Mabote (***) to send my details which I did the same day itself. But I am still waiting for a response from them regarding my refund.
