Refund from 2022

Good day Please find the attached refund form below. Kindly complete the form and forward it back with the following supporting documents required :

1) Copy of the booking ticket. (You may quote your reference number). 2) Bank statement highlighting/showing the Greyhound transaction. 3) Clear copy of the front of the bank card used. (excluding credit card details). 4) ID copy of the card holder/passenger. 5) Completed Refund Request Form.

N.B Refunds takes 14 to 21 working days

I reuested refund in 2022 nov for 4 tickes retunr to durban, the above lady send me that email , i did as i was requested and to this day i havent recieved any respond, please assit me so i can get my refund please
