Refund for unused tickets

I cancelled 2 tickets on the 3rd of December 2022 submitted all the required documents on the 7th but till today haven't received no communication or whatsoever from them when call I get to hold over 20 minutes for the call to be dropped, really disappointed been their customer for years was so excited to hear they are back on road.
