on the 19 of June 2024 i bought the tickets on line for Thabang Makobe from Vandervilpark to Pretoria online for R520.50 unfortunately the transaction was declined due to network and the same day I went to shorptite to purchased the same tickets with R480 that's were my daughter received a tickets. When I check my bank statements the online transaction was successful, that means I have paid Greyhound twice in one day.

Please find the attached proof of tickets received from ShopRite and Refund the amount of R520.50
