Refund dispute!!!!!!

I am very disappointed with their services, I app**** for a refund in November 2024, today is 27 Feb 2025 and there is still nothing, I started with emails that got ignored, and when I called they said they had a backlog. Following calls they said the case is with accounts, on the 7th of Feb I was told to wait two weeks, but still nothing. You don't get updates, every time I call, it's a different story. Last week one agent said the case was pending with no notes, that the ticket was not being handled at all. I have no idea what the actual status of my ticket is, it seems like there is no honesty. I don't know if the agents just don't want to work or if the company itself just does not want to pay my refund. I was even given incorrect emails twice. I'M NEVER BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN, AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO.
